TRAINING
Comprehensive training program at our corporate headquarters for approximately 12 days. We will provide: pre-opening procedures, computer software training, sales procedures and setting up residential and commercial accounts, accounting and bookkeeping procedures, field training and safety procedures. On-site training for 4 days during the initial launch. Develop and launch your CityWide website with ongoing support. Provide on-going support and assistance with all aspects needed during the term of your franchise!

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate: mechanically inclined, some plumbing experience preferred. Prepared to meet the demands of a 24/7 business. Appropriate capital needed to start. Basic computer skills, passionate about providing outstanding customer service, desire to grow a business, confident, ambitious, self-assured, open minded, honest and has integrity. Have qualities to manage and motivate service technicians and staff. Is looking to increase personal assets/net worth and wants more from life/work!
