Brothers Overview 

Brothers Est. 1967® Bar & Grill has been serving its customers in the food and adult beverage industry since 1990.  In the 20+ years since that first location opened in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Brothers has grown to 16 locations across 10 states, and has developed a consistently strong reputation within the hospitality industry.

We challenge you to find another concept like ours!  Unlike most restaurants that are trying to improve top and bottom line through an increase in beverage sales, Brothers has long been recognized for our award winning beverage program.  And while the cornerstone of our business model remains our adult beverage program, it’s all the other key elements that contribute to Brothers being known as the place to go.  We made Brothers a step up to fit our customers’ image and taste – the right place at the right price with great fun. 

  • Décor and layout.  We have an eye for what décor appeals to our customers, and we continually invest in new ideas.  But beyond the décor and state-of-the-art music and video systems, our store layouts ensure we maximize traffic, and minimize bottlenecks.      
  • Individuality.  By design, no two stores are alike.  You’ll never walk into a Brothers and know what to expect.  That’s because you’ll find us in everything from 100 year old buildings to brand-new construction. It’s part of the brand that sets us apart. 
  • Beverage program ingenuity.  A beverage program isn’t just about “mixology.”  It’s about how to integrate beverage into new and different events throughout the week, month, and year in order to keep customers guessing about what’s going to be next.   
  • Made-from-scratch menu items.  Yes, you read it right.  Our Executive Chef has architected a food menu that features made-from-scratch recipes – right down to our salad dressings and sauces.  We don’t think you should have to spend money on marginal food, so Brothers offers a spectacular venue, the best beverage specials, and great food.
