TRAINING
BrightStar supports its new owners through a 90-120 day pre-opening cycle that includes a 5-day onsite pre-opening training, a 5-day onsite opening training and more than 100 hours of online training courses and webinars. Throughout the pre-opening process, you will have access to BrightStar’s staff to assist you in setting up your office, hiring staff and developing your market. Our interactive training is designed to help put your business on the fast track.
