TRAINING
AutoQual support system is quite extensive in nature. From weekly communication from the President to field support staff our dealers are always a call or a visit away from our support structure. We provide training seminars, conventions and have an in house IT support team whose key function is to provide dealers with the necessary tools and collateral material used in their daily duties. These reports, POS materials are all customized for our dealers and their markets.

QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate does not need any prior knowledge of the automotive or paint industry. The required skills are easily taught in our extensive training. This business is fun to do and easy to learn. The ideal candidate will have good communication and people skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with the new and used car dealers. They do not need to be experienced salespeople, but should be able to learn a prescribed selling system and be willing to consistently execute it.
